The Shoulder Wound Packing Trainer is a silicone model of the human shoulder. Like all of our products, the Shoulder Wound Packing Trainer is made from Prosthetic Grade Platinum Silicone, making it robust, washable and reusable. It has two wounds with internally attached bleeding tubes, allowing a major haemorrhage to be simulated. Visual feedback is provided when the correct pressure is applied using haemostatic agents. The three wounds include two smaller gunshot wound through and through injuries and one large internal cavity.
Due to the handmade nature of SIMBODIES products, they can vary slightly from the picture advertised above. We recommend using our Floor Blood Concentrate mixed with water to replicate blood.
