Thigh Wound Packing Trainer

Our task trainer is a thigh-sized and shaped model of the human thigh. Produced using skin safe Prosthetic Grade Platinum Silicone, the trainer itself is robust, washable and reusable. Featuring two wounds with bleeding tubes that enable the trainer to simulate major haemorrhage. Trainees and students are able to accurately see whether they are successfully halting the bleeding, as the blood will be unable to continue bleeding, should the correct pressure be applied. The three wounds featured on the Thigh Wound Packing Trainer include an entry and exit through gunshot wound, with a large internal cavity and a superficial deep oval abrasion.

Due to the handmade nature of SIMBODIES products, each trainer can vary slightly from the picture advertised above. We recommend using our Floor Blood Concentrate, mixed with warm water to simulate blood.
